The Maritime Hotel is seeking to recruit for the role of Receptionist
(full-time) to join their team. If you have previous experience in a
customer facing roles in a hospitality, retail or healthcare setting
or in own business and love dealing with guests / customers / clients
then this is the role for you. Full training will be given with a
training buddy assigned to you.

THE MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Checking-in and out of guests
* Answer calls and relaying messages to staff and guests
* Balancing guests account
* Providing excellent customer service for our guests

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
* Previous experience in a guest facing role in a hotel, guesthouse,
healthcare, retail setting
* Good communication and IT skills
* Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service
